Resumo
Com o objetivo de contribuir para o conhecimento das principais afecções da esfera reprodutiva, que poderão ser determinantes de infecundidade ou baixa fertilidade de fêmeas de rebanhos leiteiros, criados no Estado de São Paulo, Brasil, efetuou-se apresentação das ocorrênciaS encontradas, num exame “in vivo”, através de palpação retal e interpretação de fichas zootécnicaS, em 2.048 fêmeas de raças leiteiras.

Abstract
With the purpose of. contributing to the presentation of the main affections of the genital tract which may be a cause of infecundity or low fertility of the dairy herds bred in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, the occurrences ascertained during the examination of 2 . 048 females, beionging to the Hoistein (black and white variety), Jersey, Brown Swiss races, to groups of haif-biooded and “other races”, have been indicated. The first four ones gathered 2.028 animais, which were examined without previous knowledge .of their reproductive life, with the intention of choosing cows for insernination. The 20 remaining ones were “problems cows”, regarding sexual activity.
The sfudies were centered on the Groups V and VI, represented by cows whose diseases were established by rectal palpation and by information taken from the zootechnical files.
