Cloridrato de Tetramizol mostrou alta eficiência contra formas adultas e
imaturas de nematóides gastro-intestinais de Ovinos. No houve número suficiente
de Bunostomum e de Trichuris para se aquilatar a eficiência da droga contra
êsses nematóides.Não houve diferença significante, ao nível de 5%, entre a
eficiência do Tetramisol por via oral ou sub-cutânea.Os autores registraram, quiçá pela primeira vez cm São
Paulo, a presença dos gêneros Osterragiu e Nemafodirus em ovinos.

Abstract
The authors
worked in the State of São Paulo, Brazil. Tetramisole hidrochioride showed high
efficiency against mature and immature forms of gastrointestinal nematodes of sheep.
There were no sufficicnt numbers of Bunostomum and Trichuris to draw
conclusions about the efficiency of the drug against them.There was not
a significant difference, at the 5% level, between the efficiency of the drug
when dosed orally or subcutaneously.The authors
registered apparently for the first time in the State of São Paulo, the
nematode genera Ostertagia and Nemalodirus.
