O rebanho de ovinos Suffolk, mantido pelo Departamento da Produção Animal, em Sertãozinho, desde 1937,
forneceu dados para o presente estudo, em que
se procurou estudar:
1- 0 pêso ao nascer;
2 - O desenvolvimento ponderal.

Abstract
The Suffolkflock, maintained
by the Department of
Animal Production, in Sertãozinho (São Paulo,
Brasil), since 1937 has furnished the
data for this work, in wich were studied:
1 - The birth weight .
2 - Increase in weight
until maturity.
